Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us how the work is done today. We handle the models, the integrations and the hosting, and you approve everything on a test site first.
What if it says something wrong?
Every agent works from your own content and has limits on what it may answer or do. When it isn't sure, it hands off to a person. We review real conversations after launch and tighten it.
Which AI do you use?
Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and open-source models, picked for the job, its cost and how sensitive the data is. You are not locked into one provider.
Will it work with our tools?
Usually, yes. HubSpot and other CRMs, Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar, booking systems, WooCommerce, Google Sheets and most tools with an API. We check yours on the first call.
